We decided to build our own custom home when we were expecting twins and we knew we needed more space. After careful consideration, we chose Janet Spinks to be our Architect. It was a very enjoyable experience for both my husband and me when we would go to her home each week to discuss the plans she had drawn and to show us her brilliant and creative design ideas. She implemented our wishes every step of the way, but she contributed all the beautiful design ideas which were incorporated into our home. It has a unique design with beautiful windows throughout the house, a nook overlooking the greenery in the backyard, a playroom, a light well at the top of the stairs, and our Master Suite and Bath with high beam ceilings that look like a spa retreat.

She helped us with every detail from the tile and stone selection, including the layout of how the tiles would be positioned to color selection and wood finishes including intricate design details. We are so happy with our lovely home. It was a pleasure working with Janet every step of the way. We are so proud to show off our house when guests come to visit. They often exclaim what a beautiful home it is!
