Having grown up with both grandfathers in the DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION industry, Janet Spinks established her own firm, Janet Elaine Spinks Architects, in January 1992. The firm offers extraordinary design talents in all styles and types of architecture as well as expansive knowledge and expertise on the construction site.

Ms. Spinks is a hands-on architect known to work closely with her clientele, managing her projects from conception through construction, starting with the building foundation to the finishing appointments in each room. Each project is designed to reflect the vision of the client and are as varied in style and personality as they are in locations, from coast to coast and as far away as Kao Lak, Thailand and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

This "Turn-Key" experience is an exciting journey from beginning to end and can include everything from the architecture design, general construction, interior design, to decore and landscaping. Feng Shui, Vaasthu and Color Personalities are considered in the design process.
